We at dishAdish contacted Panera Bread about the I. C. Cappuccino Chip, and this was their response:

"Thank you for contacting Panera Bread. We are sorry that you will miss our IC Cappuccino Chip. Unfortunately, while the beverage did have a loyal following, it did not sell well enough to warrant keeping it on the menu. We are also in the process of improving our frozen beverage offerings with healthier new choices such as our Strawberry Smoothie. I will, however, be happy to note your request to bring the IC Cappuccino Chip back, so that the appropriate decision-makers will consider your opinion."

Maybe if more people complain, they will bring it back, although it is nice to see they are adding some healthier alternatives.

Update: It seems this page has become the target of abuse; with one user voting all the dishes in the restaurant up to 5 stars, and another voting all of them down to 1 star - both without leaving any comments. I've removed all the suspect votes, and we're instituting a new policy restricting anonymous users to 3 votes before they need to create a login.
