I stopped by their new place in Ft. Lauderdale. I haven't been to Pramanti Bros. since my university days in Pittsburgh, PA. This shop is a lot newer and cleaner than the old place in Pittsburgh's Strip District. They also have table service here, which was pretty prompt and courteous. I did not take the chance to become reacquainted with Iron City Beer, but I suppose that's just as well.
The sandwiches come with cole slaw and fries right on them. This is what Parmanti Bros. is "almost famous" for. The pastrami is hot and tasty. The cole slaw is tangy and the Italian bread is fresh. This brough back memories of late nights from my university days in Pittsburgh, PA.
