Similar to bananas foster except for the chocolate drizzle and coconut flavored ice cream. I barely even noticed the chocolate, which was fine since the sauce is already quite good. The bananas were cooked pretty well: soft but not mushy. The coconut ice cream is a nice touch.

This is a great bread pudding. The pudding itself is dense and quite good, but it's the sauce that really shines. The rum sauce is think and golden brown. The rum raisin ice cream is a great accompaniment.

This is pretty good as a side dish, but I like my plantains a little riper and sweeter.

This takes the good flavors of the jerked chicken and adds red beans & rice and coconut milk. I think the coconut milk enhances the flavors of the jerked chicken if that is possible. Add some hot sauce if you want a little heat.

I had the chicken roti. The roti is thin and chewy. The curry chicken filling was flavorful without being over powering. You can choose how spicy you want it: mild, medium or hot. It's sort of like a Caribbean burrito. It came with red beans & rice and some vegetables.

The jerked chicken is very flavorful with just a touch of spicy. This is basically a boneless version of the jerked joints served with accompaniments.

Tasty meat filling in a flaky crust. The meat is well seasoned. The patties are even better with a dash of one of the various hot sauces available at the restaurant.
