Our local Elephant Bar Restaurant in Altamonte Springs, FL has Discontinued the Pan Asian Soup from their menu. WHAT A SHAME! BRING IT BACK! It was the best tasting soup on the menu!

This is the best cobbler I've ever tasted. I would love to have the recipe to try to make it for family gatherings. Truly some of the best money I've ever spent. The only thing wrong is sometimes it doesn't come hot, but when it is hot it by far the best dessert I've every had. :-)

This salad has just about everything, the crispy of the lettuce, to the firm chicken, the the soft beans. Its almost zen, and the BBQ sauce, while I was squeamish about, turn out to add just the right smoky sweetness. Then to have it all topped with the crunch of the strips on top... Yum!

I am on a strict diet so this fit nicely when you need to watch what you eat. BUT it was really delicious and it really filled me up. The spinach on the side was really flavorful, as was the mushrooms and the salsa on top. The catfish itself was just right.

Even though it's on the kid menu, this is my favorite dish there. When I go there with my kid we order it and trade meals. It's an adult-sized bowl for a kids dish price. I'm not quite sure what the seasonings are; but sesame seeds, soy sauce, something sweet all seem to be part of it. I've had a couple people working there watch me swap with my kid and mention that they order it form themselves too.

(not sure it deserves 5 stars compared against all dishes; but it's the best kid meal dish I've had)
