THE best sandwich. This will beat any cold sandwich out there. In fact other than Quizno's Prime Rib and Peppercorn it is the best hot or cold sub anywhere.

This is one of the best roast beef sandwiches around. The horseradish Cheddar and horseradish sauce are awesome, and I love the rustic Italian bread.

This is a tasty and hardy, fun soup. I think it's fun because of the acini di pepe pasta. These are little tiny beads of pasta about the size of peppercorns (which it was named for). The meatballs add to the hardiness of the soup.

Safeway's take on a Cajun staple. This gumbo has just enough spice to make it interesting without overpowering. There's plenty of sausage and chicken in there.

This is my favorite sandwich at Safeway, and they have some pretty good ones. The rustic Italian bread is dense and chewy. There's plenty of meat and cheese. The olive mix and herb spread are awesome. This can be a messy ordeal, but definitely worth it.
