5 years ago (around 2005-ish, Fuzio made the most incredible calamari dish I ever tasted - Fuzio's Crispy Calamari Linguine. Sadly, they seem to have forgotten how and have since been closing down locations, one by one. Are there any left? How can you keep a restaurant going when you have lost the joy of cooking?

Absolutely delicious. I am not a big fan of Fuzio's at all, but this dish keeps me coming back... BTW, please tell them to start warming their bread. It seems like they bring it out from a refrigerator.
