Most of the sandwiches are good, but I especially like the pork and the beef.

This is the perfect selection for a small group that wants to try a little of everything. I've never gotten this with less than 3 people, and even then it was more than we could manage to eat. The baby back ribs, brisket and pork roast are all top notch. I've only had it with the Andouille Sausage which is also great. The chicken and Texas ribs are good, but I prefer the other meats. Try both the mild and spicy sauces. You can even mix them!

Great ribs! They tend to be a little on the drier side because they are smoked instead of boiled like a lot of other ribs. The flavor is great, even without the sauce. I prefer the mild sauce for the flavor, but the spicy jalapeño sauce can definitely kick it up.
