Best omelette I've had - cooked totally from scratch, fresh right in front of your eyes. Everything from peeling the avocado, slicing the ham & tomato, and cracking the eggs is done in plain sight in the kitchen behind the counter.

The only bad thing about it is that the new owners no longer make it :(. If anyone knows of another restaurant that lets you watch them making the omelet from whole vegetables before your eyes, I'd appreciate it if someone mentioned it in the comments here.
