It was wonderfully tasty, fresh and crunchy. I love crunchy. I would also love to have the dressing I substituted for the regular balsamic vinaigrette - their lowfat Citrus Balsamic Vinaigrette.

I had this salad yesterday but ordered it with their low-fat Citrus Balsalmic Vinaigrette dressing on the side. The salad was wonderful and so was this dressing! I would really love to have this dressing recipe.
