First of all, bacon is a welcome addition to any sandwich. Second, the ancho-chipotle spread is really tasty with just a hint of heat. The chicken and smoked cheddar round it off perfectly. This is a worthy competitor against the Frontega Chicken Panini for my favorite Panera sandwich.
