I was in the hospital for 3 months after having whipple surgery for pancreatic cancer. I was unable to eat by mouth for that time--the first meal I wanted when I was allowed to eat again was BJ's Chardonnay Shrimp Pasta--it was wonderful and lasted me for my next four meals.

Mmmm this has got to be the best dish! My boyfriend and i love it. They give you a good portion and surprisingly the leftovers are just as good as it fresh.
