Recipe for this one seems pretty straight forward. Ingredients: Potatoes, Roasted garlic, some fat (probably butter+cream), some salt & pepper. Boil the potatoes until they're done; mash them with the fats until they're the consistency you like (or until they're similar to outbacks). Cut up the garlic until it's the size of Outbacks (or whatever the size you like). And season with salt, pepper, and whatever other seasonings you like.

i work for outback and they are definitley real. we have a huge mixer that we mix them up in. we use a lot of heavy whipping cream in them along with garlic. we always garnish with parsley

The seasoning is just fine but I don't think they're real.

Enough spices (parsley, garlic, salt?, butter?) to make them interesting.
