Good Earth Chicken Marco Polo

Spinach, fettuccini, chicken breast pieces, mushrooms, broccoli, water chestnuts and onion. Blended with sour cream, dijon sauce mustard and sherry cream sauce. Topped with raisins, slivered almonds and coconut.

This had to be my favorite dish at Good Earth ... and I wish I could find the recipe for it (not just a description of the dish)!

I loved that restaurant and miss it so husband, friends, and I all loved this dish....and yes, it did melt in your mouth.

I was a server at Santa Rosa is the 80's. I loved the food so much I decided to work there. I find nothing on the web about the history. Who the heck started it? and I wonder who holds the rights to all those dang recipes! this is torture!

My favorite dish.. I worked next door to the Good Earth in Los Gatos. I loved their tea. It was strong and good.I would love the recipe as well..

I worked at the Good Earth's in Cupertino, Los Gatos and Santa Clara. My Dad was the Chef in Los Gatos while I was busing tables and hostessing. I am going to ask him for the recipe and come back here and post. Even while working there, that would be my "employee meal" selection

Yes, this was the best dish ever. I have requested the recipe from my local newspaper to find as well. Is the chain still around? They closed up in Sacramento years ago.

I was a waitress at good Earth in the 80's It was topped with 3 kinds of cheese before the raisons walnuts and coconut. Yum!

Actually there is no actual "spinach" in it, it was "spinach fettuccini noodles" and there was cheese on top (not sure what kind)

Sombody has never had good earths marco polo chicken. you must omit the cherry cream sauce. how ever, th rest of th recipes is correct .You also have to add a little horse radish sauce,and a small amount of philly cream chese

I am in awe that so many of us are thinking of that fantasitc recipe! It was my favority dish while I was in ollege at Santa Clara. I would love to get the original recipe. I will try to make something like it tongith, but I am sure it will not be the same.

It was one of my absolute all time favorites. There are recipes that I can find for sherry cream sauce. If a little sour cream and dijon was put into it, I think we could replicate it. Was there cheese in this dish, too, or not?

This was our favorite dish at Good Earth. We went there at least once a month for this. Then the the Good Earth took it off their menu because they said it was too fattening! We were devastated! It was so good! They need to bring it back!!
