Love this dish. Any idea of how to make this at home?

I have lived in New York, and for years wined and dined at the finest restaurants Manhattan and the suburbs have to offer, and eaten in China Town while weilding choppsticks since the age of 5, I have lived in La, New Orleans, and Boston, and traveled extensively, stopping at the most favorite restaurants accross the country and abroad. My father was a gourmet cook, and has had his food on the covers of famous cooking magazines and taught me, from the time I could hold a wooden spoon, all he knew.
Yet, one of my very favorite meals in the whole world are the Field Green Salad, Sesame Ginger Chicken Dumplings and a glass of cold Kendall Jackson Reserve Chardonnay at the California Pizza Kitchen. Thank goodness that God saw fit that now that I have moved from San Diego to the Palm Beaches, I can still go to that restaurant and indulge ~ Bon Appetite !
