La Bamba set the standard for me for big carne asada burritos. The beef is chopped and heated on the grill. the tortillas are also warmed on the grill. It's amazing to see the staff whip one of these big boys together in no time flat. The warm meat melts the cheese and the rice and beans tie it all together. So far I have only had one other burrito that comes close to La Bamaba, and that is Los Cunados in Milpitas.
