Chevy's makes the best rellenos. Most restaurants make a medoicre relleno and then cover up it's mediocrity with a liberal ladel of "enchilada" sauce. Chevy's serves theirs dry so you can actually taste it. The poblano chiles are fresh, not canned. That makes the difference.

Somehow I used to like this a lot more when I had it long ago. Perhaps I liked lots of fatty cheese back then; but now it's too heavy for me.
