that was pretty good. Wife always loves hummus.. I always struggled to add it to dishes to make it interesting. Add some seasoned lamb and feta on a focaccia to make it more middle easty and more of a meal.
Tastes totally unlike any other pizza I've had; but makes a great complement to other pizzas if you're ordering many of them for an event. Between this and the mexican pizza also available here you can order a bunch of pizzas and still have some nice variety.
