California Pizza Kitchen Lettuce Wraps

Minced chicken and/or shrimp, wok-seared with shitake mushrooms, water chestnuts, green onions in a soy ginger sauce. Served on a bed of crispy rice noodles with a side of spicy chili-ginger sauce.

The best lettuce wraps I've ever had! The appetizer portion is a perfect meal on its own. I'd love to match this recipe, it's absolutely delicious!

Very Good! The flavors were well mixed. The crunchy texture from the water chestnuts and noodles was great.

It's an appetizer portion, but sufficient quantity to satisfy. The sauce is quite spicy, but tasty and adds a nice flavor to the wok sauteed chicken, shrimp and veggies. I had it this evening with the Dakota Smashed Pea & Barley Soup. The entire meal filled me up and was very tasty. I love CPK!
