The Fajitas are the only reason go back to this place; but oh it's a good reason. A hot (very hot - so much so that if the meat's too rare for your liking you can use the plate to cook it to well-done) loudly sizzling plate makes the plate an impressive impression. And being able to watch the corn tortillas come straight off their tortilla machine makes this dish as fun as it is yummy. If you get it with the (optional?) cheese, it's a quite filling meal.
